A business runs well when its foundation goes deep.
Foundepth is an ERP for small and mid-size manufacturers and traders. It is built on one idea: clean books and accurate stock are the foundation, and everything else stands on them.
Why we build it this way.
Walk into most growing factories and you will find six tools doing six jobs. Billing in one app, stock in a register, production on a spreadsheet, purchase over chat, accounts in a separate package and GST prepared somewhere else. Each works on its own. The business pays for the gaps.
The gaps show up at month end, when stock in the books does not match stock on the floor. They show up when a sales order is promised against material that was issued to another job yesterday. They show up when cash runs short in a week that everyone could have seen coming.
Foundepth replaces those six tools with one building. Each floor is a module, and every floor writes to the same stock ledger and the same books. Nothing is entered twice, so nothing drifts.
Six principles we build to.
Enter it once
A number typed at the receiving dock should never be typed again in accounts. If it is, the software has failed, not the clerk.
Books before dashboards
A forecast built on a stock figure nobody trusts is decoration. We get the ledger and the stock register to agree first.
Recommend, do not act
AI ranks, forecasts and warns. It never raises a PO, releases a payment or files a return on its own.
Plain words on screen
Shop floor staff should not need a glossary. Screens use the words your people already use.
Your data, your exit
Everything exports, at any time, in formats you can open without us. Staying should be a choice.
Grow by floors
Start with stock and books. Add purchase, production and sales when the business is ready, on the same record.
What is in the building.
- 4Reports & AI InsightsControl RoomOne screen that answers what sold, what is stuck, what to buy next and when the cash gets tight.
- 3Sales & DispatchOrder DeskQuote to order to lorry, with the invoice and the stock movement produced by the same despatch.
- 2ProductionShop FloorBills of material, job cards and real yield, so the cost of a finished item is measured and not assumed.
- 1PurchaseBuy DeskShortages raise their own purchase request, rates are compared side by side, and every order needs a human to approve it.
- GInventory & WarehouseStock RoomOne stock figure, by item, batch, bin and warehouse, that sales, production and accounts all read from.
- BAccounts & GSTLedger CoreLedgers, receivables, payables and GST ready registers, posted by the floors above as the work happens.
Who it is built for.
Manufacturers with one to ten plants
Moulding, food, fabrication, chemicals, paints, textiles and similar process or discrete units.
Traders and distributors
Multi branch stockists and wholesalers who live on stock turns and collection days.
5 to 200 users
Large enough to have outgrown a billing app and spreadsheets. Not looking for a two year ERP project.
What Foundepth is not.
Knowing what to leave out is part of the drawing.
- 01A billing app with a stock column added on
- 02A generic platform you configure for a year before it does anything
- 03An AI that makes decisions you cannot see or reverse
