01What this policy covers

This policy covers two kinds of data: information you give us through this website, such as demo requests and sign ups, and the business data you and your users enter into the ERP service once your account is open.

For business data inside the service, you are the owner and controller of that data. We process it on your instructions to provide the service.

02Information we collect on the website

When you request a demo or sign up, we collect the details you type into the form:

• Name, work email and role
• Company name, industry and GSTIN if provided
• Number of users, sites and the software you use today
• Any notes you add about your requirements

We also keep basic server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to protect the site from abuse.

03Business data inside the service

This includes masters, vouchers and registers your users create: items, parties, stock movements, production records, invoices, ledgers and GST workings.

We do not sell this data, use it to advertise to you, or share it with other customers. We do not read it except where needed to provide support you have asked for, to keep the service secure, or where required by law.

04How AI features use your data

Forecasts, reorder suggestions and cash alerts are calculated from your own account history. Your business data is not used to train models that serve other customers.

AI outputs are recommendations. Purchase orders, payments and any filing decisions are made by people in your organisation.

05How we use website information

• To reply to your request and arrange a demo
• To create your account and send your login details
• To send service notices such as maintenance windows and security updates
• To improve the website and the onboarding process

We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and every such email carries a way to stop it.

06Storage and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Backups are taken daily and retained for 30 days. Access by our staff is limited to named roles and logged.

Inside the service, access is controlled by the roles you set up, per floor and per action.

07Sharing with service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service, such as cloud hosting and transactional email delivery. They process data only on our instructions and under confidentiality terms.

We may disclose information where required by law or a valid order from a competent authority.

08Retention

Demo request details are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Demo accounts are deleted 30 days after they are created unless you sign up.

When a subscription ends, the account stays readable for 60 days so you can export everything. After that, business data is deleted from live systems and removed from backups as they expire.

09Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent for optional communication at any time. Account owners can export all business data from the service without asking us.

10Cookies

The website uses only the cookies needed for it to work, such as a session cookie used by the form verification check. We do not use advertising cookies.

11Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will notify account owners by email before it takes effect.
