No. Your account opens first. Billing is set up only when you choose to continue after setup.

From Foundepth, by email, to the address you enter in step one. Check spam or promotions if it has not arrived in ten minutes.

Yes. The plan you pick here is a starting point. You can move up or down from account settings.
