Built floor by floor.
Foundations first. We load opening balances and masters before a single stock movement goes in, then build upward one floor at a time, with a sign off at each slab.

What we need from you.
Four things, in whatever format you already keep them.
Trial balance
As on the cut-over date, with party wise outstanding for debtors and creditors.
Item master and stock
Item list with units, and a physical count by location on the cut-over date.
BOMs and routings
For your top selling items first. The rest can follow in week 4.
One owner per floor
A person from your side who signs off each floor before we move up.
What moves over.
Migration is quoted separately after a free data review, because a clean master of 800 items is a different job from 14,000 items across three registers.
| Record | How |
|---|---|
| Chart of accounts and groups | Mapped from your current package |
| Customers and suppliers | With GSTIN, credit terms and opening bills |
| Items, units and conversions | Cleaned for duplicates before import |
| Opening stock by batch and bin | From your physical count, not the old register |
| Open sales and purchase orders | Pending quantities only |
| Price lists and rate contracts | Current validity only |
| Bills of material | Multi level, with wastage |
| Twelve months of sales history | Used to train the first demand forecast |
Go-live criteria.
We do not switch you over until every line is ticked.

Maintenance schedule.
Weeks 7 to 10: hypercare
A named implementation lead on call during your working hours, with daily check-ins for the first two weeks.
First month end close
We sit with your accountant for the first close in Foundepth and reconcile every control account.
Quarterly reviews
A look at which reports you use, which you do not, and which floor could carry more of the work.
Adding a floor later
Start with G and B, add production next year. Masters and history stay where they are.
Questions before you start.
Q01Can we go live mid-year?
Yes. Most sites cut over at the start of a month. We bring in the trial balance and open items on that date, and twelve months of sales history for forecasting.
Q02Do we have to stop our current system?
No. You run both for one to two weeks while each floor is verified. After go-live the old system is kept read only for reference.
Q03What if our item master is messy?
It usually is. The free data review in week 0 flags duplicates, missing units and inconsistent names before anything is imported.
Q04Who does the data entry?
We do the imports. Your team checks and signs off each floor. You are not asked to retype masters.
Q05Can we take longer than six weeks?
Yes. Six weeks is typical for one plant on the Plant plan. Multi plant groups usually run eight to twelve weeks, one site at a time.
